The Motorcycle Expo closed in 2019 and left a gap in our industry that hasn’t been properly filled since. Seven years without a dedicated trade show. Without one place where dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and the press can all get together, see the same products, hear the same announcements, and leave having done a proper day’s business.
In 2027, that changes. Adventurize has partnered with British Dealer News to bring everyone back together at the Summer Showcase.

WHAT IS THE SUMMER SHOWCASE?
If you’re in the UK motorcycle industry, then this one’s for you. The Summer Showcase will take place on Wednesday 23 June 2027 at Ragley Hall, the home of the ABR Festival. We’re running it the day before the festival opens to the public, and we’re opening the site exclusively to the trade, for free.
If you work with a motorcycle dealership, this is your chance to get in front of major manufacturers, place orders on new kit before it hits general sale, and attend training run by industry experts and the brands themselves. The ABR trails will be open, the talks programme is running all day, and the ABR Awards and industry party will round things off in the evening.
Once a verified member of the trade, it will be free to attend. If you’d like to stay on for the full ABR Festival weekend, you can add that with a significant saving when you book.
WHAT’S ON
- Manufacturer Access: Get in front of major brands, see unreleased products, and place early orders before they go on general sale. With more stands than any other UK motorcycle event.
- Dealer Training: Training sessions run by confirmed manufacturer partners. More details coming as the programme builds.
- Talks and Workshops: A curated day of talks and sessions on the main stage. Topics and speakers to be announced.
- Trail Rides: The ABR Festival trails are open all day. The same routes that run at ABR Festival, they’ll be used by the stand holders and manufacturers for product launches and training.
- ABR Awards: Dealer of the Year. Bike of the Year. Creator of the Year. All announced in the evening.
- Industry Party: A free beer. Great food. Live Music. A proper send-off to close out a good day’s work.

Entry to the Summer Showcase is free for all verified trade attendees. There’s a simple application process to confirm your credentials first. Click here to complete it.
If you want to make a full weekend of it and stay on for the ABR Festival, you can add that on at the point of booking, saving on the standard ticket price.

- Apply — Fill in the short form with your name, email, phone, and company name.
- Holding email — Automatic confirmation straight away so you know we have your details.
- Verification — We check your trade credentials within 48 hours. We’ll let you know either way.
- Choose your ticket — Free trade-day entry, or add the full ABR Festival weekend at the dealer rate.
- QR code and done — Ticket arrives by email. Scan it on arrival to collect your pass and lanyard.

If you have an ABR Festival stand already, you can exhibit at the Summer Showcase at no extra charge. It will mean your stands need to be built by Tuesday 22 June, and we’re planning the site around confirmed exhibitors. Get in touch as soon as you can to confirm whether you’re in.
If you don’t have an ABR Stand but want to exhibit at the Summer Showcase, stand space is available now. You’ll be getting your brand in front of UK dealers, press, and industry professionals for a full day. If you’re also interested in the ABR Festival, we can talk through that too.
