What types of events do you run?

From large-scale consumer festivals like the ABR Festival to intimate press trips, ride-outs, and B2B showcases – we handle it all.

Can you manage our entire event?

Yes – from concept and planning through to logistics, staffing, promotion, and delivery, we offer full-service event management.

Can I activate my brand at ABR Festival?

Yes – we offer a range of brand activation opportunities at the Event of the Year (ABR Festival), including stands, sponsorships, and experiences.

Do you organise press and influencer trips?

Absolutely. We’ve run memorable ambassador and media trips for leading brands, designed to generate exposure and real content.

Can you help with permits, venues, SAG Meetings, or insurance?

Yes – our experienced team handles all event logistics, including permissions, safety, legal, and operational planning. The benefit of operating our own event, is that we have been through it all ourselves.

Do you run trade events or B2B activations?

Yes – we regularly create showcase events for industry partners, new product launches, and business networking.

What if we just need support with one part of the event?

No problem. We can provide modular support – whether that’s logistics, promotion, or on-the-ground event delivery.

Do you handle attendee communications and registration?

Yes – we can manage guest lists, RSVPs, ticketing, and communications as part of the full package.

How far in advance of the event should we get in touch?

For best results, 3–6 months in advance. For larger activations or festivals, even earlier is ideal – but we’re also known to pull off great things fast.

Do you provide post-event reporting?

Yes – we will pre agree whats needed and implement systems for tailored debriefs, metrics, and insights to help you measure ROI and learn from every event.
